My name's Bron and I'm currently studying for a PhD in Biology in the North of England.
I watch way too many cooking shows (my favourite being GBBO of course!) and will bake for any and every occasion (even if the occasion is it being a cake day).
I enjoy baking from recipes, but love being experimental in the kitchen even more. Although I do try to bake healthier versions of the traditional recipes, my philosophy is the same as Mary Berry's. If you want to eat well, you can still eat amazing cakes and bakes - just have a smaller portion - it definitely works for her at least :)
As well as baking I adore creating different kinds of chocolates and sweets, and welcome any comments or tips for making new kinds of confectionery.
